This course and workbook is for you to use in your own time. We recommend you do this workbook twice a year and in community, if possible. This designated time to reflect and set intentional plans is key to gaining insights and creating a good working life.
We will set you up and guide you through the workbook through prerecorded prompts. We invite you to make this something you look forward to every September and February.
