Welcome to Tribe School

Building Meaningful Work, Together

A workbook offering integrated wellbeing and business development for creatives, start-ups, and purpose-led entrepreneurs, grounded in a human rights-based approach to meaningful work.

The Workbook

“You never know the answers to questions you don’t ask.” – Dr. Sharon Malone

Tribe School pairs vital business skills with reflective rituals and the tools to build a coaching circle, helping you discover what drives, inspires and energises you. Our holistic approach is designed to support you to rethink your working life. We run our foundation programme in small cohorts and take a limited number of people through the mentorship programme.

Why Tribe School?

A message from founder Dani Trudeau and how it all got started.

Wellness Woven In

Audre Lorde wrote about self-care as an act of self-preservation, not indulgence, a radical idea that shapes how we think about wellness here. At Tribe School, we believe that small acts of self-care can become powerful rituals that sustain and empower us. By turning intentional practices into meaningful habits, you can enhance your performance, deepen your sense of purpose, and thrive in both work and life. Throughout the workbook, we explore wellness practices and practical strategies to help you build resilience and create lasting change.

Community

"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about." —Margaret J. Wheatley

Community is at the heart of what we do, which is why we recommend working through the workbook in a small group of four to eight. This core group will explore, share, question, offer guidance and celebrate successes together. Many groups continue meeting as a coaching circle long after the nine weeks are complete.
